Our Firm Ethics
Family and Firm
Strong ethics guide our entire enterprise. They are the blueprint for the world-class law firm we are building today. Our four ethics are:
CARE OF PEOPLE. We care for the legal needs of our clients, the trust of our referral sources, and the well-being of our families, friends, and team.
CARE OF THE EARTH. We use appropriate technology, thoughtfully and intentionally applied, to conserve resources and maximize outcomes.
RETURN OF SURPLUS. We go beyond just getting the job done so that our clients get back more than they give. We also return surplus to the community through pro bono and charitable work.
STEWARDSHIP OF THE LAW. We are dedicated to improving the law, the legal community, and the public records of the communities in which we serve.
