Our Firm Ethics

Four Guiding Pillars

Family and Firm

Strong ethics guide our entire enterprise. They are the blueprint for the world-class law firm we are building today. Our four ethics are:

CARE OF PEOPLE.  We care for the legal needs of our clients, the trust of our referral sources, and the well-being of our families, friends, and team.

CARE OF THE EARTH.  We use appropriate technology, thoughtfully and intentionally applied, to conserve resources and maximize outcomes.

RETURN OF SURPLUS.  We go beyond just getting the job done so that our clients get back more than they give. We also return surplus to the community through pro bono and charitable work.

STEWARDSHIP OF THE LAW.  We are dedicated to improving the law, the legal community, and the public records of the communities in which we serve.

We’ve got you covered on this. It’s a good bet we’ve had a situation similar to yours, so you can have confidence that we can resolve yours.

Innovative Ideas

Laws change, and understanding how to use them in your favor is something we understand. Let’s talk about what you need and how to get you there the right way.

Trusted and Experienced

McKillop Law Firm has provided high quality and trusted representation to Floridians for nearly 10 years. You’ll get one-on-one assistance and the backup of our experienced team to build the strongest case in your favor.

Clear Communication

We understand many people are reluctant to contact a lawyer because they’re worried about the expense. We know folks may be tempted to try to handle their legal issues themselves, but that’s often a recipe for a less-than-desirable outcome, and one that costs much more in the long run.
