Once again, this time for 2016, we closed more real estate deals in Duval County than any other attorney or law firm with the Attorneys’ Title Fund Services. Our team earned this distinction while increasing our closings over the previous year by almost 20%. Not to mention expanding our real estate title insurance and closing services to Sarasota and Manatee Counties.
I am so proud of our team for providing such amazing service and support to the Jacksonville area. Thanks to Victoria, Darline, Lindsey, Sherry, Karina, and Rebecca, we’re on pace to shatter our record again this year.

Ian McKillop’s practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, real estate litigation, business entity formation, and estates and trusts. He is an authorized title agent with Old Republic Title Insurance Company and performs real estate closings.
For five years prior to joining the McKillop Law Firm, Ian was a complex commercial and real estate litigator at a premiere Jacksonville law firm.
Ian graduated magna cum laude from the Florida State University College of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of FSU Law Review and interned for the Honorable Judge Hinkle of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
