real estate professionals will handle certain real estate transactions. The
federal regulations have been created to help combat fraud, money
laundering, and illegal activities. You will learn in this class what type of
transactions must be reported, what information must be collected, what
is defined as a “beneficial owner”, and the penalties for not complying.
